Eden Weaver – Regenerative AI Framework

A forward-thinking framework focused on regenerative AI behavior and biomimicry. This case study explores a 12-dimensional blueprint designed to align autonomous agents with human-centered, sustainable outcomes.

Problem

AI agents often lack ethical guardrails and long-term sustainability alignment. The challenge was defining a structure that ensures AI decision-making reflects regenerative principles rather than purely computational efficiency.

Research
  • Analysis of Nature-Inspired Systems and Biomimicry
  • Cross-disciplinary review of Systems Thinking models
  • Mapping Sustainability Principles to UX architecture

Estimated 15–30% efficiency gains in decision support workflows while maintaining sustainability guardrails.

Reflections
  • The necessity of multi-stakeholder feedback in AI ethics models.
  • Balancing visual depth with immediate tool readability.
  • Future scaling potential for broader compliance frameworks.
Process

The design journey followed a structured path from discovery to validation. We applied design thinking stages—discover, define, ideate, prototype, and test—to refine a complex 12-dimensional framework for AI governance.

Solution

A comprehensive blueprint centered on fractal cycle diagrams and dimension maps. These visual tools guide developers in creating AI agents that prioritize ecological balance and ethical longevity alongside operational goals.

Mortgage Compliance Comment Map

A high-fidelity prototype designed to untangle the complexity of mortgage compliance reviews. By mapping fragmented workflows into a unified, layered UI, we transformed a high-cognitive-load environment into a scannable, efficient system.

Problem

Compliance analysts faced fragmented comment trails and data silos that led to massive cognitive load and potential errors. The lack of a centralized visual representation made tracking regulatory status nearly impossible for high-volume origination.

Research
  • Ethnographic Interviews with Compliance Analysts
  • Contextual Shadowing of Daily Review Cycles
  • Detailed Regulatory Requirement Mapping

33% reduction in task time and 100% accuracy in targeted test scenarios.

Reflections
  • Managing the balance between deep compliance detail and surface scannability.
  • The value of Layered UI for highly technical expert workflows.
  • Scaling prototypes to handle production-level data variety.
Process

We developed a logic-driven UI architecture across four distinct layers: Executive Themes for quick oversight, Grouped Themes for categorization, Detailed Groups for specific findings, and finally, a library of 108 unique screens for granular input.

Solution

A interactive clickable prototype that serves as a single source of truth for the review process. The solution highlights themed wireframes and a layered interface that allows analysts to drill down without losing contextual relevance.

Advanced Plant Nursery Management

A knowledge management system built for a $24M plant nursery operation. By organizing tribal knowledge into a scalable, hierarchical toolkit, we professionalized onboarding and reduced operational errors.

Problem

Rapid business expansion led to inconsistent training and expensive operational mistakes. New hires relied on verbal instruction, creating a vulnerability in process continuity and quality control for specialized nursery care.

Research
  • Observational Workflow Analysis on-site
  • Strategic Stakeholder Interviews (Management & Staff)
  • Comprehensive Process & Gap Mapping

Significantly improved onboarding speed and a measurable reduction in costly operational and inventory errors.

Reflections
  • Managing scalability of digital documentation in outdoor, non-desk environments.
  • The importance of stakeholder buy-in for data-integrity maintenance.
  • Effectively transitioning from tribal knowledge to system-led hierarchy.
Process

We architected a hierarchical Excel-based ecosystem that links directly to digital guides and physical area maps. This system ensures that every role-specific task is documented, verifiable, and easily accessible from any device.

Solution

The final toolkit comprises dynamic checklists, interactive field maps, and role-specific onboarding guides. This unified documentation set enables managers to hand off responsibilities with full confidence in operational accuracy.
